Located in a convenient position, just a few minutes away from the train station. the hotel is clean with friendly staff who speak good English. the rooms have a modern design and are well equipped with a water kettle, glasses, and cups. the rooftop spa is a great feature of the hotel.

The hotel lacks shelves or wardrobes to store clothes, making it feel cramped and cluttered.

We loved staying at this hotel! It was so easy to get to from the train station and the view from our room was amazing. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities like a spa and breakfast buffet. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location made it extremely convenient to get around and explore the surrounding tourist attractions. the room was very clean and comfortable. It was also nice to have the option of using the on-site spa. the friendly staff were always on hand to help with any queries or needs.

The elevator can take some time when the lobby is located on a higher floor, which can be a bit frustrating when you're in a hurry. some areas of the room seemed to require a bit more attention to detail when it came to maintenance and cleaning.

The location was convenient, just a short walk from Kintetsu Yamato-Yagi station. The hotel itself was modern and clean, with a beautiful interior design that I loved. The staff were courteous and helpful, and their English was excellent. Our room had everything we needed and the view from the window was fine. I also enjoyed the amazing Sky SPA facility. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, cleanliness, and great amenities.

Convenient location near transportation, lovely amenities, and great coffee. The hotel's location near both the train and bus stations made it easy to get around. The rooftop spa was a wonderful amenity to enjoy after a long day of exploring. the free morning coffee was a nice touch.

Limited storage in the room and noisy air conditioning. The lack of shelving or a wardrobe in the room made it difficult to keep our belongings organized.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in Nara. The location was perfect, right in the city center with plenty of dining options nearby. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were friendly and accommodating at all times. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. We especially enjoyed the onsen located on the top floor of the hotel, offering stunning views of the city. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. we highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, excellent service, and comfortable rooms.
